TrueNorth Ventures Ltd is the controller of the information you send us. Our registered office is 63 'Astilbe', Triq l-Idmejda, Balzan BZN 1522, Malta.
What the form collects
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, your organisation, your email address and your message. Nothing else is collected through the form.
Why we use it
We use your details only to read and answer the enquiry you chose to send us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you, or the steps you ask us to take before any agreement.
How it reaches us
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email, through Cloudflare. Cloudflare acts as our processor: it handles your information only to deliver it to us, on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as it's live. Once it's closed, we delete it.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies. We don't use analytics that identify you, and nothing on the site tracks you from page to page.
Seeing or deleting your information
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email info@truenorthventures.com.mt and tell us what you'd like us to do.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to Malta's data protection regulator, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
